At The Skills Point, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, we offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined below

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for the following services:

  • Subscription Fees: If you have purchased a subscription package and wish to cancel, we will refund the remaining portion of your subscription on a prorated basis.
  • Advertising Fees: If you have paid for advertising on our platform and wish to cancel, we will refund the remaining unused portion of your ad spend.
  • Listing Fees: If you have paid for a listing upgrade or promotion and wish to cancel, we will refund the remaining unused portion of your listing fee.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Requesting a Refund

  • Log in to your account and navigate to Dashboard.
  • Go to Disputes and open a new dispute, providing the following information:
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Transaction ID or Receipt of the purchase
    • Additional details relevant to your refund request (optional)

3.2 Processing Time

  • Once a refund dispute is submitted, our support team will review and process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Charges on payment transactions
  • Any other service explicitly labeled as non-refundable at the time of purchase
